In fact, Bhanwari is not an ordinary nurse. She was close to a number of politicians and bureaucrats of Rajasthan’s power corridors. According to reports, she used to film most of the people who came close to her, and those CDs could now drag many more politicians and bureaucrats into the case of abduction and possible murder.
According to reports, the three IAS officers whose names have now surfaced in the case came into contact with Bhanwari Devi when they were posted in Ajmer and Jodhpur.
IFS-IAS wedding today, groom blames media hype
The high profile marriage of 2009 batch IFS officer Neelam Sharma with Gujarat cadre IAS Kuldeep Arya is being held in Delhi today (November 8) amid Khap Panchayat’s objections to it on the ground of being an inter-caste marriage. The groom Arya told a section of newspapers that media had hyped it up and created a controversy around it. Meanwhile, head of Brahmin Sabha, Mahender Sharma, clarified in a national newspaper that community elders had objection to the marriage, but they would not oppose to the marriage.
