N Chandrababu Naidu addresses IAS, others at LBSNAA, Mussoorie; talks about Amaravati, happiness index

1. Addressed 450 officers of All India Services and Civil Services at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration in Mussoorie.
2. It was a pleasure interacting and discussing with IAS and Civil Services officers at National Academy of Administrative Services today.
3. Talked about our methodology of governance that revolves around the notion of People-First and importance of people's happiness index as a KPI.
4. Discussed AP’s Real-Time Governance model to create an eco-system for sustaining Integrated Communication and Grievance Redressal System.
5. Emphasised upon Amaravati's vision and the key achievements that we have made by following 'People-First' agenda.
6. I am hopeful that my words are able to inspire and motivate the bright officers who are to serve the country diligently.
In fact, the 11th mid-career training programme -- Phase-V began at LBSNAA's main campus on Monday. According to a note put out by the academy, the course is of three weeks (September 25 to October 13, 2017), and 83 officers from 21 states are the participants in this course. Naidu delivered the inaugural address to the participants of Phase-V 2017 and took a joint session of Phase-V 2017 and 92nd Foundation Course on “integrated urban planning”, according to the LBSNAA's note. The course team includes Upma Chawdhry, (course coordinator), Arti Ahuja, Rajesh Arya and Alok Mishra (Associate Course Coordinators).
