  1. Babublogger your facts are wrong. Gopalan did Mid Career MPA which many IAS officers do. There is NOTHING called MBA in public administration.

  3. Look closely at his tenure in Commerce. Did the then Secretary take away his charge as JS just one week before his tenure was to end and why?
