The book was released by Tejavath Ramachandru, a fomer IAS of 1984 batch, presently cabinet minister in Telangana and JD Seelam (1st from left) who is former IAS of the same batch and ex-MoS, Finance.

  1. Babublogger your facts are wrong. Gopalan did Mid Career MPA which many IAS officers do. There is NOTHING called MBA in public administration.

  3. Look closely at his tenure in Commerce. Did the then Secretary take away his charge as JS just one week before his tenure was to end and why?
