Who all got inter-cadre deputation or transfer on the last day of 2013? And who was rejected?

ON THE last day of 2013, the government gave its nod to inter-cadre deputation of a number of officers whose applications were pending for sometime. Also, there were at least two instances of cadre transfer on the ground of marriage. Yet, there was a case of rejection. An Assam-Meghalaya cadre officer belonging to Indian Forest Service was denied a transfer to Kerala. More here:
