IAS-IPS Marriage: Jitendra Dudi transferred to Maharashtra cadre after his marriage to IPS Aanchal Dalal


THE government has transferred 2016 batch Jharkhand cadre IAS, Jitendra Dudi, from Jharkhand to Maharashtra cadre on the ground of marriage to 2018 batch Maharashtra cadre Indian Police Service (IPS) officer, Ms Aanchal Dalal. the Central government after the completion of his probation in LBSNAA, Mussoorie. In the civil service examinations —2015, he secured the 364th rank, according to various media reports. That was his second attempt for the coveted UPSC exams. During his schooling, he used to play Kabaddi and even won medals in inter-school tournaments.
Meanwhile, Dudi's wife, Aanchal Dalal secured 136th rank in UPCS-conducted civil service examinations-2017 and got selected as an IPS. Dalal originally belongs to Uttar Pradesh’s Shamli district but she mostly lived in the state's Ghaziabad district with her family. Before getting selected as an IPS, she worked with the Indian Railways in Nagpur. 
She is a law graduate and took law as an optional subject for the UPSC examinations.
