THE Appointments Committee of the Cabinet (ACC) on Thursday approved the empanelment of 2 IAS officers as union secretary, 4 officers as secretary-equivalent, and 5 each as union additional secretary and additional secretary-equivalent. Here is the full list of 16 IAS officers:
