  1. 1977 batch P K Sinha selection has astonished been selected as cabinet Secretary. As bureaucrat he has not been remembered in Uttar Pradesh. While he was Commissioner Varanasi he was failed to maintain Law and order. He was failed to maintain cordial relations with the local politicians and then Chief Minister due to that his tenure was restricted. He shifted to Delhi and maintained his profile. His second tenure since 2004 in Delhi is successful till now. He has worked finance to petroleum ministry. He is not a swift decision maker. Complexity is in his work culture. Excellent as team leader. Now he has to change in his attitudinal style of working. He is admired due to his soft and responsive behaviour.

    1. Cabinet secretary selection process doesn't depend on their honesty and hard work, but they are selected on the basis of maximum age of civil servants in selection year.he might be the dumbest candidate but if his age is maximum then only he will selected.
