LBSNAA, or Lal Bahadur Shashtri National Academy of Administration, Mussoorie has a huge emotional bonding with thousands of civil servants posted across India as each one of them spent time there to get the first lessons of administration after crossing the hurdle of a rigorous all-India level competitive examination. As director of the Academy writes in the site: “The Academy is a virtual melting pot where people across generations, from every part of our country and beyond, come in contact with each other.”
Merchandise products of the Academy include riding breeches (Rs 850), track suit (Rs 400), Academy pullover (Rs 700), Academy T-shirt (both white and grey, Rs 400), combo pack (Academy tie, belt and wallet) to name a few. The other products include riding helmet, golden cardholder, paper weight, leather pouch etc. For anyone wishing to buy any such product, one need to just drop a mail at mess@lbsnaa.ernet.in. A pair of socks costs Rs 75 and the price of the Academy tie is Rs 175.
