THE IAS Association in a social media post on Tuesday said, threatening young IAS officers working in the field is not acceptable, after a video purportedly showing BJP MLA Uday Bhan Singh threatening Agra's Kirawali sub-divisional magistrate, Garima Singh, went viral. In the video, MLA can be heard saying, “Aapko maloom nahi main vidhayak hun (Don’t you know I am an MLA)?
