THE Central government has announced the names of 189 officers for short term or customised programmes under DFFT scheme during 2018-19. The courses will be fully funded by the government. The officers will attend courses — management, leadership, PPP etc. -- in the premier universities like Harvard, Cambridge, Berkeley, Chicago and ANZSOG.
