No taker for 4 JS-level posts? Govt extends last date of application


THE government has extended the last date of application for at least four union joint-secretary level posts upto August 24. The posts come under the ministries of petroleum and natural gas, textiles, commerce and industry and health. Though no reason is cited, it’s presumed that less number of suitable applicants might have prompted the government to postpone the last date. Here below are the details of the posts:
Chairman-cum-Managing Director (CMD) (JS level), Handicrafts and Handlooms Export Corporation of India Ltd (HHEC), Noida
Post: It’s under the administrative control of the ministry of textiles. 
Salary: Rs 1,44,200—2,18,200 per month
Extension: The last date of submission of application has been extended till August 24, 2018. 

Secretary (JS level), Oil Industry Development Board (OIDB)
Post: It’s under the ministry of petroleum and natural gas. The vacancy arises in the place of Sanjiv Mittal, 1984 batch IDAS officer. 
Salary: Rs 1,44,200—2,18,200 per month
Extension: The last date of submission of application has been extended till August 24, 2018. 

Development Commissioner (joint secretary level), Cochin Special Economic Zone (CSEZ), Cochin. 
Post: It's on a deputation basis. The vacancy is in place of Dr Safeena AN, 1997 batch Bihar cadre IAS. The post is under the department of commerce. 
Salary: Rs 1,44,200—2,18,200 per month
Extension: The last date of submission of application has been extended till August 24, 2018. 

Senior Deputy Director General (Admin) (JS level), Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR), New Delhi. 
Post: The post is non-CSS. The vacancy arises in place of Dr Rakesh Kumar, 1992 batch AGMUT cadre IAS.
Salary: Rs 1,44,200—2,18,200 per month
Extension: The last date of submission of application has been extended till August 24, 2018.
