the proposal for appointment of Justice Bansi Lal Bhat, former Judge of Jammu and Kashmir High Court and Justice AIS Cheema, former Judge, Bombay High Court to the posts of Judicial Member, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) in the scale of pay prescribed in the Tribunal, Appellate Tribunals and other Authorities (Qualifications, Experience and other Conditions of Service of Members) Rules, 2017, for a period of three years from the date of assumption of charge of the post, or till they attain the age of 67 years, whichever is earlier.
