Who is IAS Jagada Nanda Panda?

JAGADA Nanda Panda, a 1983 batch IAS of Orissa cadre and his family were found dead under mysterious circumstances in Bargarh district of Orissa on Thursday night. Mr Panda, his wife, his father and two sisters had bullet injuries on their bodies. Mr Panda, who worked as Protector General of Emigrants in the ministry of overseas affairs in New Delhi was believed to be upset over a recent CBI raid in his residence. A section of media has claimed that Mr Panda out of depression killed his family members before ending his own life. The investigation is going on.
