DURING the last couple of days, the Central government appointed at least 11 officers as directors in various ministries, the highlight being a clear domination by officers belonging to Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS). THE government on Wednesday released the list of as many as 46 officers of Indian Ordnance Factory Service (IOFS) belonging to 1986 and 1987 batches.
