BUREAUCRATS in corridors of power in Delhi and elsewhere on Tuesday talked about a young woman IAS officer who a prominent newspaper described as “Durga IAS” after she had dared to take on notorious sand mafia of UP's Gautam Budh Nagar, adjoining the capital city of Delhi.
