THE Centre last week appointed 17 senior bureaucrats in various key ministries and PSUs, the highlight being the appointment of Himachal Pradesh cadre IAS Dr Asha Ram Sihag as secretary in the department of heavy industry and current establishment officer in DoPT and 1984 batch IAS Rajiv Kumar as secretary in the department of financial services.
